| Terms and Conditions of membership | |

By applying to become a member of Club Corniche I agree to be bound
by the under mentioned Rules and Conditions and I understand that Club
Corniche's acceptance of my application shall create a legally binding
contract between us. 1. Although Club Corniche uses all reasonable endeavours to ensure
that introductions to members fall within the category of persons specified
by them on their application form it will not accept responsibility
if, through no fault of its own, any such person introduced does not
fall within such category nor will it accept any responsibility for
any occurrence as a consequence of any meeting with or relationship
formed with any such person as a result of such introduction. 2. All information supplied to Club Corniche by its members will be
treated in the strictest of confidence and is subject to the Data Protection
Act as described in the Data Protection Notice, below. By becoming a
Club Corniche member and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you
consent to the provisions of the Data Protection Notice. 3. All members warrant the accuracy of all information supplied by
them to Club Corniche which accepts no responsibility whatsoever for
any such inaccuracies howsoever arising. The member warrants that they
know not of any medical, criminal or physical reason why they should
not form a conventional relationship with the opposite sex unless such
impediment has been declared to the company in advance. The right to
accept or refuse membership to anyone is at the sole discretion of the
company. 4. Club Corniche reserves the right to give the member's name to other
members seeking introductions unless and until it is notified by that
member in writing that they no longer wish their name to be given out
or they have so indicated on their application form. 5. Club Corniche reserves the right to withdraw membership from any
person at its sole discretion and in that event the unexpired proportion
of the membership fee paid will be refunded in full. Save as aforesaid
no refunds will be made unless otherwise provided for by Club Corniche
in its brochures or other promotional literature. 6. The contract between Club Corniche and the member is only made when
the member's application form is accepted by Club Corniche at its registered
office at 136 Oatlands Drive, Weybridge, Surrey KT13 9HJ 7. Club Corniche reserves the right to withdraw its service and an
appropriate refund will be made. |

protection as the UK, if necessary for the above purposes. If you consent to it, we shall also contact other
members and non-members to give them information about you. We shall
not disclose your contact details unless you explicitly allow it. Your
profile (including your photograph if supplied) will be visible to world-wide
users of this website, but this will not include your contact details
unless you allow it. Once you have registered with Club Corniche you will
be supplied with a password. You will be responsible for keeping this
password safe and secret. You can use this password to access and change
the information we hold about you; kindly ensure that your details are
correct and up-to-date to help us provide you with a good service. Access
to the site using your password also allows you to stop your details
from being sent to other members or to alter the amount of information
that is given. So as to protect your personal information we have
taken the appropriate measures to prevent unauthorised access. All access
to your information is password protected and all Club Corniche staff
have been made aware of their obligations as data processors. Any contracts
between ourselves and group companies or third parties relating to the
processing of your data include clauses requiring that they guarantee
the level of technical and organisational security they offer. We may from time to time perform statistical analyses
on the geographic, demographic or other make-up of the membership database.
Your information may be included in that analysis, the results of which
we may share with business or academic partners, or with our advertisers.
They will not be given any individual's personal details. We may also contact you by any of those above-mentioned methods, using the details you supply us, to inform you of any goods or services which we think may be of interest to you in the future. We may also share that information with other group companies or carefully-selected third parties who may themselves contact you with offers of goods or services. You may tell us at any time if you would prefer not to receive such offers. Should your membership expire, we shall maintain your data for a reasonable period for administrative purposes and the purposes indicated in this Data Protection Notice, after which it will be deleted.
