There has never before been a time where there has been so much information, and misinformation, regarding what we should and shouldn’t be eating and how foods impact us. We are immersed in health-hype and bombarded daily with messages and warnings about how certain elements of our daily diet may be influencing our well being. The advice is often conflicting and confusing and it is often difficult to know what to believe, particularly if you are struggling with a health concern.
